Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, where available.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the size and weight of your order, and the selected shipping method.
Any free shipping offers will be clearly displayed on our website when available.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are:
- Australia: 2 to 7 business days
- New Zealand: 5 to 10 business days
- International: 7 to 21 business days

Order Tracking
If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Information
