Terms of Service

Who we are NovaTech Plus, an Australian tech accessories store operating at novatechplus.net, based in Adelaide, South Australia.

Placing an order When you place an order you're making an offer to buy. I accept it when I email you the order confirmation. If something's mispriced or out of stock I'll email you before charging and either refund or offer a substitute.

Prices All prices in AUD. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Product descriptions I try to describe things accurately. Colours on screens vary. Specs are what the manufacturer supplies. If something's materially wrong on a product page, the refund policy above kicks in.

Use of the site Don't try to hack the store, scrape it at volume, or use it to do anything illegal. Standard stuff.

Limitation of liability To the extent permitted by law, I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law aren't affected.

Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia.
